"Even if it's just some technique, it still counts" - meet the martial artists in Newquay preparing for a 24-hour grapplethon
The idea of doing any sport for 24 hours is daunting - but the sport in question is a martial art as demanding as Brazilian jiu jitsu, it becomes pretty terrifying!
But that's exactly what's happening in Newquay at midday in Saturday, when a whole group of people will start grappling, rolling and competing in an event that's not set to finish until Sunday lunchtime.
Nick Tiscoe is the Brazilian jiu-jitsu head-coach at K2 Gym, and has been speaking to our presenter Jack Murley.
