Did Downing Street hold Christmas party in lockdown?

Sir Keir Starmer asked if a Christmas party was held at No 10 while the rest of the country faced lockdown measures in December 2020.

Boris Johnson replied that "all guidance was followed completely", and claimed the Labour leader had failed to invite his own deputy Angela Rayner to his Christmas party this year.
