Three Stormont Ministers are calling for the introduction of Covid 19 certificates as pressure continues to grow on hospitals across Northern Ireland. Nichola Mallon, Naomi Long and Robin Swann say a compulsory covid passport system needs to be brought in to help control infection rates. The Executive is due to discuss the move this week.
