While there are 200 countries present at COP26, they aren鈥檛 the only delegates at the summit. Many critical groups have been given observer status and they鈥檝e been able to sit in and watch negotiations. Today鈥檚 Mishal Husain spoke to some of those with observer status about how these insider-outsider relationships have worked over the course of the conference.
