"We're having huge success with it" - Shaun Pascoe on setting up Turn to Starboard and the difference it's making
Shaun Pascoe spent sixteen years in the RAF, serving in places like Kosovo, Sierra Leone, Iraq and Afghanistan.
He was part of the Medical Emergency Response Team - which had the job of flying into combat zones under heavy fire to help the injured.
To say it was a stressful job would be an understatement, which is why Shaun founded Turn to Starboard.
The charity helps Forces personnel adapt to life back in civilian society - and this weekend, Shaun will be standing at the Cenotaph as part of this weekend's Remembrance Sunday commemorations.
Our weekend presenter Jack Murley has been finding out more.
