Pope Francis has used Thought for the Day on the Today programme to urge world leaders at next week鈥檚 UN climate conference in Glasgow to respond to the environmental crisis and offer what he called 鈥渃oncrete hope to future generations鈥�. Speaking from the Vatican, the Pope called for 鈥渞adical decisions鈥� in the wake of the pandemic and climate emergency.
