Cuts to childrens services in Hampshire
Hampshire county council is planning to cut 拢11m - 10% - of its childrens services budget in the next two years. It says it's under extreme financial pressure. Parents of vulnerable children who use the service say it's already stretched and they're exhausted fighting for their children. More than 8000 have signed a petition calling for the cuts to be stopped.
