Weymouth community farm project transforming lives of local residents
Twenty seven acres of unused land at Tumbledown Farm in Weymouth is being transformed into a place where people can grow and flourish.
It's currently being used by a number of groups - many of which are planting and harvesting fruit and vegetables at the farm. Our reporter Charlotte Foot has been spending some time with one of those groups, which helps people with disabilities.
