鈥淧rofessionally reckless behaviour鈥�. Expert witness Barbara Lane gave evidence on the fire risk assessments carried out at Grenfell Tower. She described the fire risk assessor鈥檚 behaviour as 鈥榬eckless鈥� for signing off the building鈥檚 cladding as safe without evidence. She also deemed it 鈥榥ot acceptable鈥� that residents with disabilities weren鈥檛 identified.
