"It was a reimagination of a Cornish garden up north" - Freddie Strickland on being crowned RHS Young Designer of The Year
If you love gardening, pay attention to Freddie Strickland - because you'll be hearing a lot more from him in the future.
He studied at Falmouth University before discovering a love of horticulture that led him to the Eden Project, where he completed his training.
Since then, he's gone from strength to strength.
Last week, he displayed his first ever show-garden as part of the RHS's Young Designer of the Year competition - which not only won him gold, but saw him win the entire competition!
He's been speaking to our weekend presenter Jack Murley.
