It's been running for more than 35 years, and has produced some of Cornwall's top athletes.
The roll of honour at Newquay and Par Athletics Club includes everyone from European medallists to Olympians.
And with training back in full-swing for the summer, we thought now was the perfect time to head down to the track at Par to see what an average session looks like.
