In our Women in Agriculture series, we鈥檒l hear from a beef and sheep farmer in Berkeley who farms with the environment in mind by using the mob grazing method which is short duration, high density grazing with a long grass recovery period.
Some gardens are finally opening up, so Kate will speak to the owner of Kiftsgate Court in the Cotswolds which is welcoming visitors on Monday. They had snow and sub-zero temperatures there this week, but hope that the spring blossom and flowers will bounce back.
