Couple from Woking to marry at the end of March after rearranging wedding for third time
Imagine being a week away from your wedding and not knowing whether it can even go ahead.
That was the position Jessica Warren-Basham, from Woking, found herself in over the weekend. She'd already moved her wedding several times because of the coronavirus restrictions.
So they rebooked Alton's registry office for next week but were made to apply for a new licence, which didn't look like it would be granted in time.
We spoke to Jessica yesterday and also put a call in to Surrey County council.
