Today programmes Mishal Husain spoke to James Farrar, former Uber driver who brought a case against the company, followed by Frances O'Grady, general secretary of the Trades Union Congress and Matthew Taylor, author of the Taylor Review of modern working practices and until recently director of labour market enforcement for the government.
