Prince Harry and Meghan: Oprah interview reaction
The couple shared their side of the story about life in the Royal Family to Oprah Winfrey
The Duchess of Sussex has said she found life within the British Royal Family so difficult that at times she "didn't want to be alive any more". In a deeply personal TV interview, Meghan said a low point was when Harry was asked by an unnamed family member "how dark" their son Archie's skin might be. Prince Harry also revealed that his father, Prince Charles, stopped taking his calls when he wanted to step back.
Martha Kearney speaks to Charles Anson, Press Secretary to the Queen from 1990-97 and Dean Stott, an explorer and former Special Forces soldier who first met Prince Harry on a military training course.
Justin Webb speaks to Erin Vanderhoof, who writes for Vanity Fair magazine as well as Polly Toynbee, columnist for the Guardian, Charles Moore, Telegraph columnist, and Rachel Boyle, Head of Interdisciplinary Studies, Leeds Beckett University.
