''We need to move away from just opposing Trump'
Political opposition to the former US President Donald Trump needs to be centred on something more than just opposing him, Stand Up Republic鈥檚 executive director has said.
鈥淲e have to present a positive, more complete vision for the country and for leadership of the country and that鈥檚 something that we鈥檙e working on,鈥� Evan McMullin told 91热爆 Hardtalk鈥檚 Stephen Sackur.
鈥淭he vision that we have to offer has to learn a number of lessons from the last four years, has to be capable of reaching Americans across the country and unifying them around an alternative, whether within the GOP or outside of it, or both,鈥� he said.
