‘Imagine if you saw a team in the same uniform tackling each other’
Former NFL player and now TV analyst Emmanuel Acho believes education and open discussions are two ways of effecting change on the issue of inequality and bridging the racial divide.
In 2020, Acho, who has Nigerian parents, launched what has now become a successful podcast series called 'Uncomfortable conversations with a black man,' which has featured the likes of chat show host Oprah Winfrey and Hollywood actor Matthew McConaughey.
It came about following the death of George Floyd but also draws on some the racial prejudice he experienced as a child growing up in a mostly all white environment...
