Cornwall's Aaron Penberthy on why he's swapped the rugby pitch for the police force
For nearly a decade, Aaron Penberthy was one of the county's most well-known rugby players.
His former clubs include Redruth, the Cornish Pirates, Ealing and Jersey - which is where he lives now.
But almost a year ago, Aaron revealed he was swapping the pitch for the police force - and retraining to become one of the Channel Islands' full-time police officers. So why did he make that decision, and what are his memories of his time as a professional sportsman?
