A major fire is still burning at Bridgwater college with crews from across the county working to stop the blaze.

It broke out in the early hours at the Arts and technology block of the bridgwater campus.

At its peak 15 fire engines were at the site in the early hours of this morning, tackling a blaze.

Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue service now say the fire has been greatly reduced with five engines on site.

The Principal and CEO at the College Andy Berry, spoke to Claire Carter on 91Èȱ¬ Radio Somerset Breakfast.
