Owner describes saving puppy from jaws of an alligator
An American dog-owning pensioner who wrestled his puppy from the jaws of an alligator says it was an instinctive reaction to jump into action. Richard Wilbanks sighted the alligator trying to drag the King Charles spaniel - called Gunner - under the water near his home in Florida. Remarkably, throughout the incident, his cigar remained tightly wedged in his mouth, as he recounted to 91热爆 Newsday.
