Indigenous Australian rights: Could wages dating back to the 1930s be paid?

A class action has been launched against the government of West Australia in the hope of recovering wages they say have been "stolen" from indigenous workers. The wages were taken as part of a labour scheme dating back to the mid 1930s. Up to 10,000 workers are expected to be directly eligible, and many more descendants, though there are concerns that many elderly complainants may not live to see the matter resolved.

Jim Morrison, a senior Noongar man, describes the fight he is engaged in.
