Top chefs’ dishes on anniversary menu
A menu celebrating 70 years of a family running a historic Taunton hotel features dishes from some of its top chefs.
The Castle Hotel is serving signature dishes from the likes of Gary Rhodes, Chris Oakes and Phil Vickery.
Kit Chapman, whose father bought the hotel in 1950 and whose son runs it now, has been talking to Simon Parkin about the past 70 years and some of the famous chefs who’ve worked in the kitchen.
