Wedding ceremonies and civil partnerships are now to be limited to 25 people in Northern Ireland with no receptions allowed. The new restriction is to come into place from next Monday. Jasmin and Jay from Co. Down were to get married in two weeks time after rescheduling their wedding three times already. Jasmine spoke with Dean McLoughlin for News at One
