Paul Milgrom was fast asleep when his neighbours rang the doorbell. He is a Stanford University professor and his neighbour is Bob Wilson. The Nobel committee had been trying to contact Professor Milgrom to tell him that he, along with Bob Wilson, had won the Nobel prize for economics. Professor Milgrom describes his reaction..but first here's that knock on the door...
