Gaia Pope inquest: Justice 'more important' than any delay - Gaia's cousin

The family of Gaia Pope has told 91热爆 Radio Solent that "truth and justice" for her matter more than any delay to the inquest into her death.

Gaia was 19 when she disappeared in Swanage, in November 2017.

Her body was found on cliffs near the town 11 days later, following a huge search by the community.

Her family believe she died due to failings by police and mental health services following an allegation of rape.

This week we heard that an inquest into her death will not examine that investigation - but will include the impact of that investigation on her mental health.

It will now take place in May 2021.

After this week's hearing, 91热爆 Radio Solent's Dorset breakfast presenter Steve Harris sat down to speak with Gaia's cousin - Marienna Pope-Weidemann.
