It's described by some as one of Cornwall's best-kept gardening secrets, tucked away in the heart of Truro.
But keeping Bosvigo House going is a labour of love for Wendy Perry, who brought the Georgian property with the aim of transforming it into her fantasy English garden.
Every so often, she invites our weekend presenter Jack Murley to take a wander round the grounds to see what's looking good, and share a little knowledge as well.
So earlier this week, he popped over to Bosvigo for a visit.
