Human chain saves Durdle Door swimmer in dramatic rescue
A human chain of beachgoers has rescued a man from the sea at Durdle Door.
It was just after midday on Thursday 21 August 2020.
A photo taken from above on the cliffs, shows around 20 people linking arms and reaching out to a person in the water, with big waves and lots of surf.
Em Foote from Bridport was visitng the beach with a friend.
She told 91热爆 Radio Solent about seeing the rescus, saying it was "scary to watch, but such a selfless act":
