Could we be facing a second wave of the coronavirus? Infections are rising fast - not just in Spain but many other countries in Europe too. The Belgium city of Antwerp now has a curfew after cases increased by seventy percent. The WHO Regional Director for Europe, Dr Hans Kluge, told Nick Robinson: "We absolutely need to be vigilant, as these raising numbers could prefigure a return to community transmission in many countries and then we have to think of the higher pressure on the hospitals."
