NHS consultant Dr Tracy Masters says they can’t help all who need late term abortions
Delays in late abortion services were identified as an issue in 2015. But Charlotte Hayward has found that some women are still unable to get the medical abortions they need. The British Pregnancy Advisory Service says they are having to turn more and more women away because there are not enough trained doctors or hospital facilities, including for those at risk of hemorrhage or with conditions like epilepsy.
