Blackford: Will PM risk Scottish economic recovery?
SNP Westminster leader Ian Blackford said Scotland could 鈥渋nvest in a strong recovery鈥 but only with 鈥渘ecessary financial powers鈥.
He called on the prime minister to act on report recommendations from business leaders to give Scotland more borrowing and economic powers.
Boris Johnson said Scotland had received 拢3.8bn in coronavirus support, and the UK government would 鈥渃ontinue to invest massively in Scotland鈥.
