Maggie Alphonsi: 'I'm as qualified as anybody else to go for a presidential role'
Former England rugby international and member of the RFU council Maggie Alphonsi joins Jeanette to talk about her desire to be the RFU president one day - and says we all have a role to play in diversity inclusion.
Alphonsi has urged people from black and minority ethnic backgrounds to make their voices heard in sport.
