Edinburgh Airport chief executive Gordon Dewar says the UK's 14-day coronavirus quarantine has been implemented 鈥渋ncredibly badly鈥� for air passengers.

He told 91热爆 Debate Night that new checks on airport arrivals came without consultation with the industry.

He said: 鈥淛ust as we鈥檙e trying to unlock the economy, we鈥檙e going the opposite direction, which is going to have a very profound commercial, economic impact.鈥�
