Shielding from the coronavirus
Currently, there are around 120,000 people in Scotland who are "shielding" - locked away in their own homes, unable to go out for more than ten weeks now.
They are the group with pre-existing medical conditions which leave them most at risk of becoming seriously ill if they catch the virus. The UK government's relaxed the tightest regulations for those shielding in England, but the Scottish Government's not doing that, yet. Our Social Affairs Correspondent Chris Clements has been catching up with some of those who've been stuck at home for months, and finding out what life's been like for them.
