People should return to work if they can't do their jobs from home
Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab outlines govt plans to begin lifting England's lockdown.
'Stay at home' has become 'stay alert' - in England that is. The original key message that has dominated our lives for the past eight weeks remains in place in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland but this morning people living in England are being actively encouraged to return to work, while also being urged to avoid public transport. There is also a conditional plan for what will happen in the coming weeks in England - conditional on what happens to the rate of infection.
