Gemma attends the Glangwili Hospital Loved and Lost Service every year. She鈥檚 there to remember her little girl, Lexi, who passed away suddenly at just 11 weeks old. In the wake of her experience, Gemma has now set up a local Compassionate Friends group, a bereavement support network for parents who have lost a child of any age.
