Would you get into a cage full of mosquitoes?
Professor Clifford Mutero works with the Malaria Programme at the International Centre for Insect Physiology and Ecology (ICIPE) in Nairobi, Kenya. He is also the author of 'Mosquito Hunter: Chronicles of an African Insect Scientist'. As a student in the 1980s, he researched mosquito populations on the coast of Kenya south of Mombasa, and he told Bridget Kendall the lengths scientists went to at that time in order to observe the insect's behaviour.
