Breaking up with your contract

Broadband, TV and phone customers will be given the chance to avoid hefty price hikes when their contracts end, under rules taking effect from 15 February 2020.

UK watchdog Ofcom says users could save 拢150 a year on broadband alone once they are informed of alternative deals. The Nine's Consumer Affairs Correspondent Nick Sheridan has been finding out more.
