Robert Archibald: Scottish basketball star dies at 39
The basketball world has been mourning the LA Lakers legend Kobe Bryant – but the community has been rocked by another tragic loss. Robert Archibald was the only Scot to ever make it to the NBA, playing for the likes of Orlando Magic and the Toronto Raptors. He died last week at the age of 39.
No official cause of death has been released. The Nine's Hope Webb spoke to those who knew him well.
