Memorial to 'jinxed' Titanic helmsman Robert Hichens unveiled in Aberdeen

It鈥檚 a tragedy which has fascinated the world for generations. The sinking of the Titanic in 1912 resulted in the death of more than 1,500 people. Controversy remains around the reasons why the 鈥渦nsinkable鈥 ship didn鈥檛 complete her maiden voyage. Quartermaster Robert Hichens was steering the liner at the time of the collision and today descendants of his family have been reunited at his final resting place in Aberdeen.
