Can exercise information on food labels promote healthy eating?
As Christmas approaches, our thoughts start to turn to festivities, family – and food. But would you think twice about opening that selection box or having another slice of turkey if you knew how much exercise it would take you to burn off those extra calories?
Scientists at Loughborough University have suggested putting exactly that kind of information on food labels as they think it could help us make healthier choices. The Nine's Ben Philip has more.
