At least 1000 special forces will be redeployed to Iraq from Syria

The Pentagon has admitted that at least 1000 special forces will be redeployed to Iraq from Syria to try to stop the resurgence of so-called 'Isis'. We speak to former United States Ambassador to Russia, Michael McFaul about whether he was surprised that troops were being redeployed there.
