A documentary has been released which highlights the "Liberty fields" who were a group of women who defied the social conventions of 1980's Japan and formed a team of their own.
The director of the film Mackenzie Sheppard, and England international Danielle Waterman tell us about how the Liberty Fields team paved the way for womens rugby in Japan.
