Should Brits who've gone abroad to join terrorist groups face justice back in the UK?
The attacks by Turkish troops on northern Syria have hit some prisons holding fighters from ISIS and two high profile British ISIS militants have been taken into US custody after fears they could escape. But should they be tried in the UK? The man responsible for reviewing UK terrorism law - Jonathan Hall QC - believes so, but gathering evidence against them is not so easy, he explains.
