Emma Stokes (aka 'The Gin Monkey') is a gin expert and she tells us about the history of gin, its renaissance and why it's known as the sailors drink. Emma's love of gin began when she started working as a bartender at university, and has since become the force behind World Gin Day and is the author of 'The Periodic Table Of Cocktails'.
