PM's new Brexit plan

How have politicians reacted to Boris Johnson's proposals?

The prime minister's new Brexit proposals would see Northern Ireland stay in the European single market for goods but leave the customs union, resulting in new customs checks. What do politicians in the EU and Northern Ireland think of the new plans?

We hear from MEP Natalie Loiseau and Thomas Byrne, shadow minister for the opposition Fianna Fail party in Ireland.

Also on the programme: Brexit Secretary Steve Barclay, Sinn Fein MP Chris Hazzard, and DUP Chief Whip Sir Jeffrey Donaldson.
