As the GB squad came back from the men's AIBA World Championships in Russia with three medals, Steve travels up to Sheffield to talk to 1988 Olympic medalist and now coach Richie Woodhall as well as Rob McCracken, the head of the British amateur boxing set-up. They discuss medal prospects for the Olympics next year in Tokyo and how the rest of the world is improving at amateur boxing. Then, Steve and Richie reflect on former super middleweight champion Nigel Benn returning to the ring aged 55 to fight Sakio Bika.
