Giving life back to the tree stumps of Rome
Andrea Gandini is a wood carver but his works are not for display in galleries or people's homes.
Instead they can be seen in the streets of Rome. There are hundreds of tree stumps around the Italian capital, due to disease and lack of maintenance, and Andrea turns them into works of art.
Newsday's Alan Kasujja asked Andrea how the project began.
