The Men's Basketball World Cup has just got underway in China. The two week event sees the best nations in the world compete including the United States who take to the court for the first time on Tuesday.
The competition is hosted in 8 cities including Shenzhen, which borders Hong Kong. So what effect will the protests have on the tournament?
