David Linsey, who lost his siblings in the attack, sets up a charity to help victims.
When the Easter Sunday terror attack hit Sri Lanka this year, David Linsey lost his two younger siblings who were staying at the Shangri-La hotel in Colombo.
David, who had stayed at home to revise for his finals at Oxford University, set up a charity to help local victims of the bombs.
