Jasmin Paris: Running a 430-kilometre race while breastfeeding my baby
Fell runner Jasmin Paris expressed milk for her baby throughout one of the world's toughest races, the Montane Spine Race. The race runs from Derbyshire in the north of England to the Scottish borders. She survived on only three hours sleep during the three-day event and went on to not only win the race, but break the course record by more than 12 hours, beating men and women to the finishing post. How is that possible?
